They also have a twist on traditional BBQ flavors pulling inspiration from the African American and Latino roots of the owner. A core ingredient of our BIG Sauce is our all-purpose dry rub which is great with beef, pork, any bird, or vegetable. Our Sweet and Spicy rub is the heart of our Spicy BBQ Sauce. Whether you are in your kitchen, backyard grilling, or smoking our sauces and rubs are the perfect flavor compliment by not overpowering the natural flavor of the meat or vegetables. We are a small batch producer, so our quality and flavor is not compromised for mass production. All of our products have won awards on either a local, state, or international level!
Big Sauce: Hybrid tomato and vinegar sauce. There is a small hint of heat to balance the flavors, but it is a very mild sauce overall. This sauce is a great compliment to your meat whether you grill it, fry it, smoke it, or bake it. Our sauce comes in a 16 fluid ounce glass bottle.
Spicy Sauce: Mike D's spicy sauce is our twist on our big sauce. It has an extra kick thanks to our sweet and spicy rub and some jalapeno peppers. Adds a nice kick if you want your food to take it up a notch. This sauce is a great compliment to your meat whether you grill it, fry it, smoke it, or bake it.
