The secret to flaky blueberry drop biscuits with a crunchy thin crust is that it's all in how you mix them. When you add the water, mix it just enough to moisten all the ingredients. Drop by the tablespoon, bake at 350 degrees. When golden brown, remove from oven. Mix water or milk with confectioners sugar. Drizzle over each biscuits and serve warm. It also makes a fantastic coffee cake. YUM!
